Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in valet or transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the valet services team, including staffing, development, and performance management.
• Ensure safety standards and policy enforcement.
• Inspect valet parking areas and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Manage guest service and resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate traffic flow to avoid congestion and delays.
• Notify management or Security of unusual events.
