Lead the valet team, respond to guest requests, and support the Guest Service Manager to ensure smooth operations at our site.

Supervise attendants, manage traffic flow, and uphold appearance and attendance standards. Prior valet management experience and a valid US driver’s license are required.

• Establish positive guest relationships through consistent delivery of customer service to all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure.
• Ensure valet attendants provide the highest level of customer service.
• Provide strong leadership and lead by example to enhance the team’s performance.
• Monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow throughout the valet staging area.
• Supervise valet operations and resolve issues in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.
• Retrieve and park vehicles in designated areas cautiously.
• Follow appearance and attendance standards as set forth by Evolution Parking & Guest Services.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and company policies.
• Participate in Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership Developmental Programs.
