Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Ramp Captain to ensure the safety and efficiency of parking guest vehicles while delivering exceptional service. You will lead valet staff and support the Guest Service Manager, focusing on guest satisfaction, professional interactions, and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include supervising valet operations, maintaining traffic flow, training teammates, and upholding appearance and attendance standards in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in valet parking or related guest services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and software tools.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Valid US driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive guest relationships with professional demeanor.
• Greet guests at arrival and departure.
• Lead valet attendants and ensure highest service level.
• Monitor traffic flow in the staging area.
• Supervise operations in absence of Guest Service Manager.
• Retrieve and park vehicles safely.
• Maintain appearance and attendance standards per policy.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures.
• Participate in Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership Developmental Programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
