Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest services, hire and train associates, assign work, and manage performance and reporting while guiding a small team.

The role involves labor planning, coaching, and developing relationships with clients, while driving revenue accuracy, shift reporting and compliance with Towne Park standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s procedures and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach associates; conduct appraisals.
• Develop cohesive client relationships and maintain regular communication with the client.
• Oversee orientation, onboarding, and performance feedback for direct reports.
• Monitor scheduling, overtime, and timekeeping controls; manage revenue reporting.
• Maintain safety standards and align with Towne Park policies.
