Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will manage guest/patient services, hire and train associates, and direct work to meet service standards and productivity goals.

You will lead recruitment, orientation, coaching, and performance appraisal processes. The role requires labor planning, client liaison, and strong communication to exceed expectations and drive revenue controls.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest/patient service across shifts.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching and discipline when needed.
• Forecast labor needs and manage scheduling, productivity and revenue reporting.
