Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest services delivery, hire and train associates, assign work and monitor performance to meet service standards.

You will manage scheduling, labor optimization, and revenue reporting, maintain strong client relationships, and coach the team to exceed expectations while upholding Towne Park's safety and service policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• A minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park's safety, security and customer service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts and coaches associates.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and meet productivity goals.
• Leads recruitment and hiring; orients new associates and provides training.
• Conducts regular performance appraisals and provides feedback and coaching.
• Maintains cohesive client relationships and ensures client expectations are exceeded.
• Drives revenue reporting, cash drops and shift reconciliation with accuracy.
