Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure exceptional service for guests and patients at a designated location. You will hire, train, evaluate and, when needed, discharge associates, plan and direct work, and manage performance and reporting to meet client expectations.

Your role includes developing strong client relationships, allocating labor to meet demand, and driving service standards across shifts to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Manage guest/patient services and direct associates.
• Allocate labor resources to support service delivery.
• Recruit and hire staff; provide training and coaching.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Develop client relationships and ensure adherence to service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Handle staffing, recruitment, training and separations as needed.
• Develop cohesive working relationships with clients and staff; maintain visibility at the site.
• Monitor and drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, and turnover.
