Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure outstanding guest, patient and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will oversee guest services, staffing, training, evaluations and day‑to‑day operations to meet client expectations.

Requirements include at least 1 year in hospitality, an associate degree preferred, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1 year of related hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently.
• Allocate labor resources to support service delivery and improve productivity.
• Actively engage in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Assist Account Manager in onboarding and coaching.
• Develop relationships with clients’ staff and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, and revenue reporting.
