Job summary

Towne Park LLC at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach in Clearwater, FL, is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of guest, patient, and associate satisfaction. You will oversee guest services, supervise and train a team, and manage daily operations, reporting to the Account Manager.

The role requires at least one year in hospitality, an associate degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Required Licensure: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Work Experience: A minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park safety, security policies, and client operations.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and revenue controls.
• Ability to drive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and manages staffing levels.
• Actively engages in recruitment and hiring processes and responds to associate feedback.
• Assists Account Manager in setting guidelines and onboarding new associates.
• Develops relationships with the client’s staff and maintains regular communication.
• Understands and drives business metrics for forecasting, productivity, revenue, and turnover.
