Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Supervisor to manage the safe and efficient outflow of valet cars and oversee reverse lane operations. Reports to the Facility Manager and acts in their stead when unavailable. The role prioritizes staff direction, safety and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing policies, and producing daily revenue reports. Experience in parking is preferred; high school diploma required.

• Ability to read and comprehend English.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff adheres to rules, policies and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assists in establishing performance standards and implementing changes.
• Promotes excellent customer relations with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Assists customers over intercom, in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office.
• Runs reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data, etc.
