Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Parking management experience is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility in schedule to meet operational needs; may require outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team of employees at parking location(s).
• Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct the activities of on-site employees.
• Assist with periodic training as needed and weekly schedule creation.
• Resolve customer service issues and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• Support scheduling and processing payments; generate various reports.
