Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills is seeking a courteous Valet Parking Attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure exceptional service in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires fluent English, a clean driving record, a valid US driver's license, and availability on weekends and holidays. Strong communication and guest-service skills are essential, with a commitment to premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and some overnights.
• Must hold a clean driving record and a current driving license.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to assist guests and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Legal work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Greet guest arriving at the hotel and drive their vehicle safely to the designated parking area.
• Greet guest departing and return vehicle safely.
• Complete parking tickets with all necessary vehicle details and inspect vehicle for any damage.
• Assist guest with luggage from vehicles when necessary.

The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for Valet Attendant who shares a passion for service excellence. The Valet Attendant reports to the Guest Services Manager. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guest arriving at the hotel and drive their vehicle safely to the designated parking area.

• Completely fill out parking tickets with all necessary vehicle details & inspect vehicle for any damage.
• Assist guest with luggage from vehicles when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be available weekends, holidays and some overnights.
• Required to hold a clean driving record and a current driving license.
• Excellent communication skills as well as guest contact and organization skills.
• Previous guest experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the US.

Please be aware that scheduling will be based on as needed. Events, High Business Volumes etc.
