Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant. You will greet guests, assist with parking, and drive guests to and from the hotel while providing city information.

The role requires a polished, customer-focused approach and reliable transportation handling. Ideal candidates hold a California driver's license with a clean record, can operate manual and automatic transmissions, and have at least one year of luxury hospitality valet experience.

Qualifications

• A valid California driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.
• At least one year of experience in luxury hospitality as Valet Parking Attendant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving by private car and assist guests alighting from vehicles.
• Provide valet parking tickets when door staff is unavailable.
• Drive guests to the hotel or nearby garages following traffic rules and safety.
• Open doors, offer directions and information about the city and hotel services.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality, resolving inquiries about operations and events.

What we expect:

• Greetsguests who arrive by private car andassistsguests descending from cars.
• Issuesappropriate valetparking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
• Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity.Yields to pedestrians.
• Assesses any damage tovehicle.Clearlynotesany damageonclaim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked.Depositskey and ticket with Valet Cashier.
• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.Hailstaxis as needed.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints,assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.

Ideal candidate will have:

• A valid California driver's license andgooddrivingrecord.
• Ability to drive bothmanualand automatic.
• At leastone-yearexperience in luxuryhospitalitysettingas Valet Parking Attendant.
