Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills is seeking a Valet Attendant who delivers premier service and seamless vehicle handling. The role reports to the Guest Services Manager and requires working authorization in the US.

This is a full-time position based on-site at Beverly Wilshire, with attentive guest service as the core focus. Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring smooth operations during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Weekend, holiday, and some overnight availability.
• Must have a clean driving record and a current driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Experience with guests and ability to work under pressure is a plus.
• Service-oriented attitude is essential.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have legal work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving and drive their vehicles to the designated parking area.
• Greet guests departing and return vehicles safely.
• Fill out parking tickets with vehicle details and inspect for damage.
• Assist guests with luggage when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet guest arriving at the hotel and drive their vehicle safely to the designated parking area.


• Greet guest departing and return vehicle safely.


• Completely fill out parking tickets with all necessary vehicle details & inspect vehicle for any damage.


• Assist guest with luggage from vehicles when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.


• Must be available weekends, holidays and some overnights.


• Required to hold a clean driving record and a current driving license.


• Excellent communication skills as well as guest contact and organization skills.


• Previous guest experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.


• Service Passion


• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.


• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the US.
