Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a part-time Room Attendant to help maintain pristine guest rooms and deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for cleaning occupied rooms, restocking amenities, turndown preparation, and supporting other housekeeping tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will work evenings and weekends, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 40 lb. Basic English is required.

Responsibilities

• Have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift.
• Wipe down wet surfaces in the bathroom and fold clothing for placement.
• Remove Room Service trays and carts to service landings; close drapes and adjust lighting.
• Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, and stationery.
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
• Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied and late check-out rooms.
• Assist with duties in the absence of others when needed.

What we expect:

• Have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Wipes down any wet surfaces in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot.
• Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
• Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
• Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must interpersonal skills.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb.
• Basic English is required.
• Standing for long periods of time.
