Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles.
• Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet staff.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and protect vehicles/keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork for audit compliance.
• Support drive lanes and crosswalk cleanliness.
• Implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
• Occasionally substitute for any position.
• Perform other duties as needed.
