Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles; drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet team; create staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure safety of vehicles/keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork per audit standards; manage drive lanes and crosswalks.
