Job summary

SP+ is seeking a dedicated valet attendant at our Nashville location. You will greet guests, assist with in/out vehicle movements, and ensure a safe, efficient parking experience in line with contractual guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, coaching a team, and maintaining audit-ready paperwork while upholding a professional image and excellent customer service. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to handle physical tasks

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal 6 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Driver's License: valid state-issued license with good driving record; may require manual transmission experience.
• Oral Communication: writes clearly and listens well; responds to questions.
• Written Communication: reads and interprets written information clearly.
• Customer Service: maintains a positive attitude and assists customers professionally.
• Adaptability/Judgment: able to adjust to changes and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOPs and secure vehicles/keys at all times.
• Prepare daily paperwork to audit standards.
• Ensure drive lanes are clear and safe; manage debris/oil spills.
• Develop effective staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
• Substitute for any position as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
