Job summary

Buffalo Thunder Incorporated in New Mexico is seeking a Valet/Guest Services Supervisor to oversee daily valet operations for hotel and casino guests. You will schedule and direct Valet Attendants, manage vehicle flow, handle guest issues, and ensure key, ticket, and vehicle controls are maintained.

You’ll work with other departments to deliver consistent guest service. The role requires leading a team, scheduling coverage based on occupancy and events, and ensuring high standards of safety,

Qualifications

• The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in valet, parking, hospitality, casino, guest-service, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Must be able to supervise staff, manage shifts, and respond calmly to issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel and casino valet operations and ensure coverage during all hours.
• Assign attendants, adjust coverage based on guest volume, and maintain traffic flow.
• Work the valet operation as needed during busy periods or events.
• Ensure valet charges and casino procedures are followed correctly.
• Coordinate with Lobby, Front Office, Security, Casino and other departments to keep service smooth.
