Job summary

Parking Management Company in Farmington, NM is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to lead guest service and oversee valet operations. You will train staff, supervise performance, and ensure safety, payroll accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guest service training to associates and ensure PMC guest service standards.
• Supervise and coordinate valet operations, safe vehicle parking/retrieval, and proper key handling.
• Lead and support HR functions: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure professional appearance and uphold service standards; administer discipline per policy.
• Maintain clear communication with associates and client contacts; anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Audit associate timecards, review clock punches, tips, and wage adjustments; submit reports on time.
• Assist with account revenue management and ensure proper reporting processes.
• Identify high-potential associates and provide leadership development and ongoing coaching.
• Serve as on-call support for urgent operational issues and ensure uninterrupted service.
