Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Albuquerque is seeking a Valet Attendant to greet guests, assist with arrival and departure, and provide vehicle services.

You will help with luggage, offer recommendations on outlets and local attractions, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service.
• Multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to support guest experience.
• Minimum age of 19 with preferably 2 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with entry/exit from vehicles.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel outlets, amenities, events and local attractions.
• Maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Security and other departments as needed.
• Maintain awareness of guest flow to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming.
• Keep the driveway, porte-cochere, and parking area clean.
• Protect confidential guest information and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
