LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee valet operations for a designated shift under the Valet Manager. Focus on delivering 24/7 professional valet service while supporting home office programs and location teams.

You will lead with a people-first approach, ensure smooth operations, and align with company standards across shifts, including weekends and evenings. Welcome growth opportunities and training within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for patrons during shift and manage tickets, keys and cash.
• Greet customers professionally and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
• Foster positive customer relations with a can-do attitude and willingness to help.
• Develop rapport with patrons and manage arrivals and departures smoothly.
• Assist patrons into facilities and return vehicles promptly as requested.
• Coordinate with the shift manager and handle incidents or accidents when needed.
• Sign/initial shift cash-out sheets and report to the manager.
