Responsibilities

Assist with management of day-to-day valet operations, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.
Plan personnel utilization, interviewing, hiring, training oversight, scheduling, and policy compliance.
Assist with implementing procedures to optimize efficiency and customer service.
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule valet attendants and support staff.
Maintain safety and cleanliness; manage valet equipment and signage.
Coordinate with hotel management to ensure seamless guest experience and drive performance toward targets.
Foster professionalism and accountability within the team.
