Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, valet, restaurants, guest services, or another fast-paced service environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles (if required)
• Luxury hospitality is built on attention to detail and genuine service

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of valet professionals to deliver exceptional guest service
• Create a welcoming arrival and departure experience for every hotel guest
• Ensure daily valet operations run safely, efficiently, and professionally

• Train and mentor new team members while reinforcing service standards
• Maintain accountability for vehicle security, operational procedures, and team performance
• Partner with hotel leadership to provide a seamless guest experience
• Monitor staffing levels and support your team during busy arrival and departure periods
