Job summary

SP+ in Cleveland, OH, is hiring for a valet position. You will greet guests, assist with in/out vehicle handling, and park/retrieve cars safely, while supporting staffing and daily operations at the location.

You will help recruit, train, and coach the valet team, ensure SOP compliance, and manage daily paperwork to meet audit standards. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of related experience or training.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with manual transmission (may be required at some locations).
• Clear spoken communication and active listening skills.
• Written communication and reading comprehension.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected events.
• Sound judgment in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Help hire, train, and coach a valet team; create staffing schedules.
• Maintain SOP compliance and secure vehicles and keys.
• Process daily paperwork according to audits and compliance standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and free of debris.
• Develop staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes and models quickly and accurately.
• Fill in for other positions as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
