Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking a Valet Supervisor at The Ohio Stadium in Columbus, OH. You will lead valet staff, deliver excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and assist with training and scheduling. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license (minimum 2 years).
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead valet staff and promote teamwork and customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with accident/incident reports.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and supplies; reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety; perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.
