Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Supervisor of Valet Operations in Bozeman, MT. This full-time role leads day-to-day valet operations, greets guests, and ensures timely service while upholding safety and company standards.

You will hire, train, and coach the valet team, create staffing schedules, maintain procedures, and coordinate with site leadership to maximize parking capacity and a professional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission may be required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on expected daily volume.
• Maintain SOPs and secure vehicles and keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork and adhere to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and implement staging for capacity.
• Substitute for any position as needed.
