Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a motivated valet associate for our Memphis location. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a professional image while upholding safety and procedures.

The role supports hiring and coaching a high‑performing team and ensures accurate daily paperwork. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of related experience or training, plus a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Clear and professional written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and schedules.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
• Create a staffing schedule according to anticipated daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and protect vehicles and keys.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks free of debris and hazards.
• Develop and implement a staging plan to maximize parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes and models quickly and accurately.
• Substitute for any position when needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
