• Build and manage the valet team's schedule, handling call-offs and coverage gaps.
• Supervise, coach and support attendants, reinforce safety and service standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues quickly.
• Monitor vehicle intake/retrieval procedures and ticket processes to prevent errors.
• Track operational metrics and report to the Operations Manager.
• Assist with onboarding and training new valet staff.
