Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a valet attendant for our Bozeman, MT location. You will greet guests, assist with vehicles, and park and retrieve cars safely while supporting daily operations and staff scheduling.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and communication skills. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience - High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months related experience or training.
• Driver’s License - Valid license with acceptable driving record; manual transmission may be required.
• Oral Communication - Clear speaking and listening; responsive to questions.
• Written Communication - Reads and writes clearly and informatively.
• Customer Service - Positive attitude and courteous assistance.
• Adaptability - Adjusts to changes and unexpected events.
• Judgment - Demonstrates sound judgment in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicles.
• Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet staff.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and safeguard vehicles and keys.
• Process daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks free of debris and spills.
• Implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes and models and operate vehicles safely.
• Substitute for any position when needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
