Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks a Valet Dispatcher in Big Sky, MT to coordinate valet Attendants, manage vehicle keys, and handle guest payments. You will communicate with guests, provide directions, and maintain a professional appearance while ensuring timely service.

Responsibilities include dispatching attendants, monitoring wait times, handling fees, and assisting supervisors. Prior valet driving experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required for company business.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles by Valet Attendants.
• Secure and keep track of all guest vehicle keys.
• Process valet fees where applicable.
• Answer the telephone with proper etiquette.
• Know local streets and landmarks to assist directions.
• Maintain a neat, uniform appearance and be on time for shifts.
