Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of Valet Attendants to park and retrieve vehicles.
• Monitor guest wait times to meet service standards.
• Secure and track all guest vehicle keys and process valet fees if applicable.
• Answer telephone professionally and provide directions or information as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order around the garage area and assist Supervisors as needed.
