SP Plus Corporation is hiring safe, customer-focused Valet drivers in Kansas City, MO. You will greet guests, drive and park vehicles, explain rates, and ensure a seamless experience while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission (preferred).
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (required).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math with US currency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and concerns promptly and communicating proactively.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking to note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks to ensure seamless transportation experience.
• Maintain clean uniforms and be on time for each shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
