Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Driver’s License: Must have and maintain a valid state-issued license with current address and acceptable driving record; manual transmission skill may be required.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and seeks clarification; answers questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets information.
• Customer Service: Maintain a positive attitude and respond professionally and courteously.
• Adaptability: Adjusts to changes and handle delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment: Demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.
• Physical Demands: Able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds; bend and climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles with care.
• Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily volume.
• Maintain SOPs and safeguard vehicles and keys at all times.
• Process daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and organized.
• Develop staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
• Substitute for any position when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
