Job summary

SP+ in Austin, TX is seeking Valet Attendants to duely drive, park and retrieve customer cars safely and courteously. You will greet customers, explain rates, and maintain a professional appearance during shifts.

The role requires reliable attendance, valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform basic math and communicate clearly. Shifts may include second/third hours and weekends, with opportunities in full- or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior valet driving experience preferred.
• License: valid state driver’s license with a clean record; manual transmission experience may be required.
• Availability to work second/third shifts and weekends as needed.
• Language: ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate with customers.
• Customer service: ability to respond positively to customer problems or complaints.
• Math: ability to handle cash and basic math operations.
• Appearance: maintain neat, clean uniform at all times.
• Adaptability: handle changes in work conditions and unexpected events.
• Physical: stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive, park and retrieve customer cars in a safe and courteous manner.
• Inform customers of valet rate and provide directions as needed.
• Be on time for every scheduled work day; maintain uniform and appearance.
• Inspect vehicles and record findings on tickets.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions to supervisor or manager.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by Supervisors or Managers.
