Legacy Parking Company in Miami is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to own the day-to-day operations of a valet-heavy site. You will ensure guest experiences are polished, lead a capable team, and drive revenue while safeguarding assets.

You will manage key controls, safety compliance, incident reporting, and daily performance reporting, partnering with clients and property teams to maintain a five-star standard. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience with staffing, scheduling and budgeting.
• Valet management or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to train and coach a team to deliver five-star guest experiences.
• Strong financial acumen with budget ownership and cash handling.
• Clear, professional communication with clients, guests and team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of a valet-heavy facility, ensuring guest experience and staff performance.
• Enforce key control, ticketing, vehicle handling and incident documentation.
• Own damage claims process and implement corrective measures.
• Lead and develop the onsite team, including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Oversee revenue, deposits, audits and daily reporting.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for the property's ownership/management.
• Maintain high facility standards and operate across Legacy platforms.
