You will motivate the team, ensure adherence to uniform standards, and oversee daily workflow while maintaining a positive environment.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage shifts during nights and weekends as scheduled (Mon & Tue nights; Fri night).

• Lead and model VPNE uniform guidelines and language.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate plans to teammates.
