Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, driving financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

The role encompasses financial and human resources management, service delivery, client relations, and ensuring compliance with Towne Park standards. Compensation includes base pay of $60,000–$65,000 with potential annual incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one Towne Park account and drive performance metrics.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, timekeeping and payroll reports.
• Forecast and plan for seasonal variances to ensure proper staffing.
• Maintain client relationships with regular meetings and updates.
• Train associates and conduct performance appraisals and coaching.
