Towne Park LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee one Towne Park account, driving financial performance, guest/patient and client satisfaction. You will manage forecasts, payroll, and reports, ensure service standards, and lead a team to maximize opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes scheduling, training, safety, and adherence to Towne Park policies, with potential bonuses based on performance and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements.
• Improve financial performance and profitability of the account.
• Forecasting, payroll and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure guest/patient and client satisfaction at the account.
• Coordinate scheduling, overtime, and timekeeping.
