Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Lot Attendant to accurately collect and reconcile revenue and parking reports while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests during their stay. You will greet guests, assist with directions, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.

The role includes properly parking and retrieving guest vehicles, upholding site policies, and ensuring secure handling of keys. You will also assist with shift reporting, ticket categorization for audits, and operating the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Work experience: One to three months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to read and write standard English language.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Acknowledge and greet guests immediately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure; use appropriate salutations and welcome guests.
• Provide information about surrounding area and main attractions; protect guest confidentiality.
• Stack vehicles safely and secure keys; retrieve vehicles promptly and drive slowly when returning to guests.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; categorize tickets for audits and complete shift reports; operate POS and other equipment.
• Obtain information about daily events and rates; maintain guest folio archives and vehicle inventory for billing.
