Job summary

The Lot Attendant at Towne Park LLC will be responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, upholding site policies, and maintaining professional customer service. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills, with preference for prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission.
• Must be able to read and write standard English.
• Basic arithmetic and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue and parking reports.
• Stack and retrieve guest vehicles following Towne Park standards.
• Operate equipment (register, gate, POS, credit card machine) as needed.
• Protect guest confidentiality and security of information.
• Produce guest vehicle inventory for billing purposes.
