Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Lot Attendant to provide exceptional hospitality and accurate revenue reporting during guests’ stays. You will greet guests, assist with directions, and manage vehicle stacking with care while ensuring security of keys and guest information.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, basic math and English literacy, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks. AM/PM shifts and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests, staff and coworkers.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide area information and attractions.
• Stack and retrieve vehicles safely, secure keys, and deliver vehicles to guests.
• Reconcile revenue, categorize tickets for audit, and complete shift reports.
• Operate equipment (register, gate, POS, credit card machine) and follow bank procedures.
• Collect daily events and rates; maintain guest folios and inventory for billing.
