Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Dallas-area location. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.

You’ll explain parking rates, handle tickets and keys, and ensure a courteous, safe, and efficient guest experience. The role emphasizes friendly interaction, accuracy in billing, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience and/or training or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Explain parking rates and ticket procedures; manage keys and claim checks.
• Provide guests with directions and information about the facility and local amenities.
• Assist with luggage delivery/pickup and shuttle coordination where applicable.
