Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate in Dallas, TX to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and providing friendly, efficient service.

Work schedule includes Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:00pm and Friday–Sunday 10:00am–6:00pm. Benefits include accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurances, telemedicine, and a 401k plan. Seasonal/temporary roles are not eligible for benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math and time concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery/pick up where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests; issue/retrieve keys and claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and revenue as required.
