Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Dallas. You will provide hospitality and valet services, assist guests with luggage, and help with directions and local information. The role requires a friendly demeanor, reliability, and basic math for handling tickets and payments.

Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining rates, and ensuring safe, efficient service to guests during arrival and departure. Training may be provided for seasonal and daily shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• One month related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, and assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; issue and collect claim checks.
• Provide directions, arrange taxis or reservations and share local area information.
• Operate and maintain accurate ticket and revenue records for valet operations.
