Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, English literacy, and the ability to handle payments and tickets. Shifts include day, evening, and night with a $1.00 overnight shift differential. Benefits and 401k are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or be within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write English; basic math; and understand time systems and parking operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Use proper Towne Park etiquette and greet guests with a friendly last-name approach.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage tickets, keys, and revenue accurately.
