Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience. Candidates should be capable of basic arithmetic and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills include reading and writing standard English and basic arithmetic; understand time formats and currency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Assist with luggage and guide guests to their vehicles.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Maintain accurate ticket and key tag records and assist with guest requests.
