Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park LLC delivers exceptional hospitality as vehicles are parked and retrieved and guests receive luggage assistance where applicable. You will greet guests warmly, follow Towne Park etiquette, and ensure safe, accurate handling of vehicles and guest belongings throughout arrival and departure.

Required is a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one month of related experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to understand rates and times in 24-hour and military time formats.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission (desirable).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles with care and safety.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests.
• Provide directions and information about local area attractions.
