Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver a five-star welcome and departure experience, acting as a hotel ambassador throughout a guest's stay. You will greet guests, provide information on local area and hotel amenities, and ensure seamless service from arrival to departure.

The role requires at least 1 year of front desk experience, strong organization, and the ability to handle multiple arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel front desk experience.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, process in-room delivery orders, check-in/out guests, and settle folios accurately.
• Handle resort/front desk phone calls with proper protocol and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and knowledge of hotel services.
• Know hotel features, hours, room types, rates, packages and promotions at all times.
• Log wake-up calls and operate parking software; coordinate with departments for guest satisfaction.
