Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Austin to provide exceptional hospitality, parking coordination and luggage assistance for arrival and departure experiences.

The role requires friendly, efficient service, the ability to handle tickets, charges and guest inquiries, and a willingness to work varied shifts in a dynamic hotel environment. Tips are included with base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for your state or within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide attentive service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Offer directions, help with taxis, reservations and facility information.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets, keys, and revenue when applicable.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in handling guest belongings and vehicle keys.
